Pirates! In Story & History was an exhibit at the San Diego Maritime Museum that ran from July 2000 to September 2001.

Set up on a replica of the Star of India, the exhibit was a visual history of Pirates, and Pirate Lore. Among the artifacts was a spyglass owned by Robert Louis Stevenson and displays of movie memorabilia and props, including models used in the creation of the Pirates of the Caribbean ride at Disneyland, as well as costumes worn by Charlton Heston, Errol Flynn, and Burt Lancaster.

Tim Curry's hat from Muppet Treasure Island was on display, as were characters from the film. Kermit as Captain Smollett was on display along with Blind Pew, Walleye Pike, Beggar, and Spotted Dick.
