"Planning Song" is a Sesame Street song about planning ahead.
Grover can't make up his mind about...something. Three Anything Muppets (performed by Jerry Nelson, Richard Hunt and Kathryn Mullen) notice this; without giving him a chance to explain the details, they urge him - in song - that one can accomplish any task, if one just sits down and plans ahead. Yet all of this, it turns out, is woefully inapplicable to Grover's situation: he was deciding which of two ice cream cones (vanilla or chocolate) he wanted to eat first. By the song's end, both cones have completely melted.
