In 1998, Burger King in Mexico produced a set of Plaza Sésamo toys. The set consisted of the following toys:

• Articulated figures of Abelardo, Lola, Cookie Monster, and Ernie
• Abelardo in a bus
• A wind-up Elmo banging on a drum
• Bert and Ernie on a merry-go-round
• Cookie Monster on a skateboard
