Poco Loco is a parrot who appeared as a recurring character on Sesame Street in the early 80s. The character also appeared in Follow That Bird, with one speaking line. The puppet was later recycled as H. Ross Parrot.
In Spanish, "poco" translates to "a little" and "loco" means "crazy".
