The Prison King is a prisoner of Gulag 38B in Muppets Most Wanted. After Constantine breaks out of the gulag, he becomes the leader of the prisoners (complete with a crown made of sporks). He performs "Working in the Coal Mine" in the Annual Gulag Revue Show and escapes along with Kermit and the other prisoners.
