Rahzar appeared in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: The Secret of the Ooze. Mutated from a wolf, Rahzar, with Tokka, is used by the Shredder to gain revenge on the Ninja Turtles. Neither Rahzar nor Tokka are intelligent, having the mental capacity of infants, but they possess brute strength.
