Ray Wilson appeared in the Farscape episode "A Human Reaction."
Prior to Farscape-1's flight, Wilson worked on its engines with John Crichton while in Australia.
After John Crichton crashes back down to Earth, Wilson takes him in for questioning. Jack Crichton tells John that the Pentagon has put Wilson in charge of tracking the wormhole and that Wilson wants to know everything John knows about it.
Wilson is also responsible for Rygel's death after the Moya crew comes down to Earth looking for John.
At the end of the episode, it is revealed that the Wilson seen in the episode isn't real, and that the Ancients used John's memories of Wilson to test how well humans would react if they were to cohabitate Earth.
