Reese Scott with Skenfrith
Reese Scott is a Canadian puppeteer and puppet builder who served as an additional puppeteer on Fraggle Rock: Back to the Rock. He also helped build some of the background characters for the show's second season.[1]
Together with Brendan James Boyd, Scott co-founded Puppet Stuff Canada, a company that provides professional puppet building and puppet performance services for television, film, and other venues.[2]
