Regina Lemnitz (b. 1946) is a German voice actress best known as the official German dubbing voice of Whoopi Goldberg. This includes all of Goldberg's Muppet-related appearances: her guest star turn on Muppets Tonight, the Boss in Das Grösste Muppet-Weihnachtsspektakel aller Zeiten (It's a Very Merry Muppet Christmas Movie), and cameos in Die Muppets: Briefe an den Weihnachtsmann (A Muppets Christmas: Letters to Santa) and Die Muppets. She also dubbed Goldberg in the Creature Shop-effects film Alice in Wonderland.
Lemnitz has dubbed Goldberg in nearly every project, with the exceptions of Ghost, thirteen episodes of Star Trek: The Next Generation, and a few cartoon voice-overs. Often heard in firm or sardonic roles, she is also the official German voice of Kathy Bates (including Titanic and Around the World in 80 Days), Roseanne Barr (on Roseanne and elsewhere), Louise Fletcher on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, and Margo Martindale. She dubbed Aloma Wright on Scrubs and Power Rangers in Space, Conchata Ferrell on Two and a Half Men, Irma P. Hall in Patch Adams, Lynne Thigpen in Shaft, Edie McClurg in Natural Born Killers, and Teri Garr in Dumb and Dumber.
Cartoon roles include Amanda Waller on Justice League and in two direct-to-videos, Bunty in Chicken Run, and Mama Heffalump in Pooh's Heffalump Movie. For audio recordings, she played Mrs. Hudson in Titania Medien's Sherlock Holmes series beginning in 2011, as well as Rachel Lynde in Titania's Anne of Green Gables series. On-camera, Lemnitz co-starred on the chimpanzee series Unser Charly as veterinarian Charlotte for all sixteen seasons.
