Reinhard Glemnitz (b. 1930) is a German actor who dubbed Louis Kazagger on Die Muppet Show and in Der Grosse Muppet Krimi (The Great Muppet Caper).

For Creature Shop-effects films, Glemnitz dubbed Mr. Pilkington in Animal Farm and The Guide in The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy.

Glemnitz studied at the Otto-Falckenberg-Schule in Munich and initially performed mainly in cabaret. In 1954, he entered films, and the following year, began a long career as a dubbing actor. He was a frequent German voice for Anthony Perkins and also dubbed Michael Caine three times, Bernard Hill in The Lord of the Rings movies, Edward Fox in A Bridge Too Far, Michael Gambon in Mobsters, Robin Williams in The Best of Times, and Ian Holm in Blue Ice. For TV, he dubbed Ian Richardson in the miniseries House of Cards and To Play the King and Judd Hirsch on Dear John and George & Leo.

On-camera, Glemnitz co-starred on the German series The Komissar as the title official's assistant Heines and appeared in episodes of Tatort and Derrick. In English-language productions, he had a small part in Bloodline (with James Mason), co-starred with David Suchet in the TV movie A Song for Europe, and appeared as part of the international cast in the miniseries The Winds of War and its sequel War and Remembrance (as different characters in each). He narrated the anthology Das Kriminalmuseum (1963-1970) and occasionally had on-camera roles, while radio work included playing assistant Lucas in the 1960s Maigret series.
