Ricardo Rocha is a Mexican voice actor who since 2014 has been the primary dubbing voice of Cookie Monster.
Rocha dubbed William Sadler in Bill & Ted Face the Music, Christopher Meloni in the Law & Order franchise from 2021 onward, and Seth Rogen on Platonic and elsewhere.
