Richard is a salesman at Kave Mart, appearing in the second season Dinosaurs episode "Refrigerator Day." Fran Sinclair, Robbie, and Charlene attempt to return the gifts Earl bought them, after the family's refrigerator is taken right before Refrigerator Day.
Richard is willing to take the items back but confused when the Sinclairs propose getting money in return. He consults with fellow salesman Hank, and further confusion results. Ultimately, they agree to take back the gifts for less than the wholesale price.
Richard later returns, cheerily wheeling in the refrigerator, after his boss sees the return policy concept as a possible way to crush competition, get a monopoly, and better serve consumers.
