Richard "Ricky" Manning is a television science fiction writer. Manning served as a producer on Farscape for all four seasons (consulting producer for season 1, co-executive producer for season 2, and executive producer for seasons 3-4). Additionally, he wrote a number of episodes across each season.
Manning contributed the short story "Faces" to the fifth issue of Farscape: The Official Magazine.
He has also written for Star Trek: The Next Generation, Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, Sliders, and When Calls the Heart.
