Rob Mills (b. September 5, 1957), also credited as Robert Mills, is a Canadian puppeteer who has performed on several Muppet and Creature Shop productions beginning with Fraggle Rock.
Outside of working with the Henson Company, Mills established the production company Radical Sheep Productions, where he wrote, produced, directed, and/or performed on television shows such as The Big Comfy Couch (as Wuzzy), Ruffus the Dog (playing the title character), and Panda Bear Daycare (Nathan and Wally). Other puppetry credits include Under the Umbrella Tree, Iris the Happy Professor, and the film Short Circuit 2 (as one of the puppeteers of Johnny 5).
He is married to fellow Fraggle Rock performer Karen Valleau.[1]
