Rob Paulsen (b. 1956) is an Emmy Award-winning voice actor who worked on the animated version of Fraggle Rock, providing the voices of Boober, Sprocket, and Marjory the Trash Heap. He was also heard in the Movie Mania "Screen Test" interstitials, as the announcer and the off-screen director.
A cartoon staple since the 1980s, Paulsen worked alongside fellow Fraggle voice Townsend Coleman on The Tick (as Arthur) and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (as Raphael). His other notable lead roles include Yakko, Pinky, and Dr. Scratchansniff on Animaniacs (winning an Emmy for the spin-off Pinky and the Brain), Throttle on Biker Mice from Mars, and the title roles on The Mask and Mighty Max. Other series voice credits include Jimmy Neutron, Boy Genius (Carl Wheezer), The Fairly OddParents (Mark), Dexter's Laboratory (Major Glory), The Gummi Bears (Gusto Gummi), Timon & Pumbaa (Banzai), The Addams Family (Norman Normanmeyer), The Looney Tunes Show (Mac), DuckTales (Gladstone Gander), Goof Troop (P.J.), The Smurfs, The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy, and Attack of the Killer Tomatoes.
