Rob Paulsen (b. 1956) is an Emmy Award-winning voice actor who worked on the animated version of Fraggle Rock, providing the voices of Boober, Sprocket, and Marjory the Trash Heap. He was also heard in the Movie Mania "Screen Test" interstitials, as the announcer and the off-screen director.
A cartoon staple since the 1980s, Paulsen worked alongside fellow Fraggle voice Townsend Coleman on The Tick (as Arthur) and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (as Raphael). His other notable lead roles include Yakko, Pinky, and Dr. Scratchansniff on Animaniacs (winning an Emmy for the spin-off Pinky and the Brain), Vinnie on Biker Mice from Mars, and the title roles on The Mask and Mighty Max.
