A Muppet caricature of Rob Reiner appeared in episode 103 of Muppets Tonight during a screen test for When Harry Met Sally. The director sets up a shot for Miss Piggy auditioning for the role of Sally, with Billy Crystal as Harry. He states that he could go either way on the casting, and slips in, "the next one to call me Meathead, is gonna get it," referring to his role on All in the Family as Michael "Meathead" Stivic.
