Robbie is one of the Frogketeers from the "Kermit the Frog Club" sketch on Muppets Tonight episode 105.
Although he announced his name as Robbie, his shirt read "Meathead." This is a reference to Rob Reiner, whose character on All in the Family was often referred to by Archie Bunker as "Meathead".
