Rocko is an otter seen on Bear in the Big Blue House. He's Pip and Pop's cousin. He looks just like Pip and Pop, except that he has a wave of white hair. Rocko appeared in the fourth season episode "Rockin' Rocko."
He once had a shy personality, but adopted a "cool" one to fit in. When Rocko arrives at Pip and Pop's otter pond, he calls it "cool digs" ("Y'know, like a crib?"), and sings a rock song about how much he rocks. Rocko ends up coming on too strong, as he doesn't play nice with the others and hurts their feelings. Bear helps Rocko learn that it's better to just be himself.
