Grover plays a police officer who's assigned to get Rocky to clean his face. However, Rocky is a tough character whose demeanor intimidates Grover. Still, Grover continues with his task, and finds that Rocky is actually open to the idea of cleaning his face -- he'd just never learned how to do it.
