Roley Moley is a Mopatop's Shop customer who comes into the shop looking for a sign in the episode "This Way to the Garden". After getting the sign he comes back to get a fence to put it on, and while he's in the shop anyway decides he might as well get a garden, too.
Roley Moley later appeared in "Fantastic Fancy Outfit" (where he was looking for an outfit part) and "Flower Power" (where he wanted a flower that he can look at).
The puppet was originally used as a mole named Magda in a Swift Wits sketch in Episode 110 of Muppets Tonight. He has since been performed by Eric Jacobson, appearing alongside Bean Bunny in a special Groundhog Day greeting for Muppets.com in 2009, and in the Muppets Now episode "Fever Pitch."
