Russell Tovey (b. 1981) is a UK actor known for his co-starring role in the BBC series Being Human (as hapless werewolf George), as well as roles in Looking, Sherlock, Doctor Who (two appearances as Midshipman Frame) and seasons 2 & 3 of Quantico.
He has a brief cameo in the 2014 film Muppets Most Wanted, playing a champagne delivery man at Miss Piggy's wedding.
Other credits include TV appearances on Agatha Christie's Marple and Poirot, as well as the film The History Boys (with Richard Griffiths).
