Sally, also known as "Sal" for short, is the owner and proprietor of "Sal's Toaster Repair," a service introduced in Episode 3825 of Sesame Street.
Luis (whom Sally refers to as the "toast of the town") phones her operation, in need of a specific part for a broken toaster. She checks her inventory and is able to ship it to him within a few days. When she learns the toaster in question belongs to him, she arranges an immediate rush order, and the package is dropped off at the Fix-It Shop via air mail within seconds.
She also appeared in the background of the opening scene of Episode 3826.
