Sandpaper and Crankshaft Doozer admiring the Perfect Doozer Building
Sandpaper Doozer appears in the Fraggle Rock storybook Cotterpin's Perfect Building. After Cotterpin Doozer and the rest of the Doozers have finished building the Perfect Doozer Building, Sandpaper remarks when seeing the finished building, "Dazzling Doozerdom!" However, after time, he and Crankshaft Doozer begin to find minor faults with the building, with Sandpaper feeling that, "if it was just a bit higher...it would be even more lovely." Together they form a delegation to convince Cotterpin to allow the Fraggles to eat the building, allowing the Doozers to build bigger and better buildings in its place.
