Scooter struggles with reading in Scooter Can't Read

Scooter lives with his twin sister Skeeter and his dad (who looks exactly like him). He wears a polo shirt (with a pocket for his pens and pencils); his signature color is yellow, whereas Skeeter often wears a green shirt. Scooter is often insecure because his sister tends to be good in every area where he's deficient. Nevertheless, he excels in science class.
He has featured roles in the stories Gonzo's Big Mess, The Trouble with Twins, and What a Mess!. In Scooter Can't Read it is revealed that Scooter has difficulty reading, as a result Scooter takes special reading classes.
