Scuzullo is a Grouch photographer who appears in Episode 2711 of Sesame Street.

Oscar learns of the mess the Amazing Mumford has made in an attempt to help clean up Luis's apartment, finding it the perfect story for his article in Grouch Housekeeping magazine. Scuzullo accompanies Oscar, enthusiastically clicking his camera everywhere. He gets more pictures after Grouch Housekeeping awards Luis with their seal of approval (who sits barking in Luis's sink and causes an even bigger mess).

According to Oscar, Scuzullo doesn't talk; he takes pictures (though he gets plenty of laughs from his work).
