"Seal it Up" is a Fraggle Rock: Back to the Rock pop song performed by Red and the Fraggles in the season two episode "Colder Boulders."
Red grows tired of the gusties (short but powerful bursts of wind) that sporadically come through Fraggle Rock, so she and the others decide to seal up the Great Hall using large rocks and patches of moss to keep them away. The Rock pulsates with bright changing lights while Red and the others (including Pogey) get to work, headbanging, dancing around, and throwing themselves into the air for further entertainment.
The tune has similarities to the Devo song "Whip It," in particular its repeated chorus of "Let's seal it up!"
