Sebastián Llapur is an Argentinian-born voice actor, working primarily in the Mexican dubbing industry. He is the current Latin American Spanish voice of Sam the Eagle, including dubs of the recent movies and the 2015 series.

Llapur is most active in animation, having voiced several regular and recurring characters on The Simpsons between 2002 and 2013, including Grandpa Simpson, Krusty the Klown, and Groundskeeper Willie. On the animated adaptation of popular Mexican sitcom El Chavo del Ocho, he voices Quico and Sr. Barriga (the latter played by Edgar Vivar on the original series), and he dubbed Officer Dibble in the co-production Top Cat: The Movie (aimed mainly at Spanish speaking markets). He dubbed Daffy Duck in Looney Tunes: Back in Action, Diego in the Ice Age movies, Bruce in Finding Nemo, Shere Khan in The Jungle Book 2, and Mr. Incredible in the Argentinian dub of The Incredibles.

Live action dubbing includes such deep voiced actors as Michael Clarke Duncan in Dardevil and other films, Michael Dorn in the Santa Clause sequels, Sylvester Stallone in Spy Kids 3-D: Game Over, and Samuel L. Jackson in Reasonable Doubt. In video games, he dubbed Marcus Fenix in the Gears of War series, Sub zero in Mortal Kombat X, and various roles in Epic Mickey 2.
