A DVD of the Sesame Street primetime special, Sesame Street's 50th Anniversary Celebration, was released on December 3, 2019.

- Word of the Day: Subtraction (Kareem Abdul-Jabbar)
- "How Do You Do?" with Lena Horne (Jenny Slate)
- "The Alphabet Song" with India.Arie (Blake Lively)
- "I Love Trash" (1991 version) (Alessia Cara)
- See-Saw Science (Bill Nye)
- Grover and Oscar's Sound Game (Kathryn Hahn)
- "The Batty Bat" (Garcelle Beauvais)
Bonus content includes "Elmo's World: Celebrations" and the "50 Years in 50 Seconds" montage.
Notes[]
- This is notably the first home video release to feature Matt Vogel performing Kermit the Frog (after he had taken over the role in 2017).
- The "50 Years in 50 Seconds" montage on this release replaces a few bits of footage, as well as removing the 50th anniversary logo at the end.
