Sesame Street Circus Spectacular is a touring circus presented by Showtime Attractions and Silvers Circus that premiered on September 11, 2019.
The 90-minute show features Sesame Street characters along with performers from Switzerland, Argentina, Colombia, Morocco, Brazil, Ethiopia, and Australia. As with Sesame Street Live shows, the original character voices are used.[1]
In 2021, a Big Bird costume from the circus was stolen in Australia by two men who called themselves the "Big Bird Bandits." They eventually returned the costume with an apology note.[2][3]
