Kermit tries to find out what makes people angry, but everyone he encounters (including Grover, who still has time to slap Kermit on the back) is too busy to speak to him, which ultimately causes him to lose his temper. At the end, Kermit angrily tells the viewers why he is angry, only to be drowned out by the announcer saying that they're out of time.
Three of the people he asks are Grover, a Busby Twinesque Muppet and a Mr. Johnsonesque Muppet. Farley, Roosevelt Franklin, Guy Smiley and Betty Lou can be seen passing by in the background.

- This segment did not start with the News Flash title card, but featured its theme music at the beginning and end of the sketch, and had an announcer referring to Kermit as a reporter on the street.
- A brief clip from this sketch was used during the opening for the Swedish co-production.
