In honor of Sesame Street’s 30th anniversary in 1998, and to promote the book of the same name, a series of discussion panels toured college campuses under the title Sesame Street Unpaved.
The events featured a video presentation of famous Sesame Street songs and sketches, and a panel discussion with representatives of the show's various departments.
