Sesame Street talking plush (Knickerbocker)

In 1976, Knickerbocker made a line of Sesame Street talking rag dolls of Ernie, Bert, and Count von Count. The dolls had pull-strings on the back that would play four sound clips each. They also made talking plush of Big Bird, Cookie Monster and Oscar the Grouch, which were sold exclusively at Sears and through the Sears catalog.

In 1978, Knickerbocker released were Cookie Monster, Grover and Oscar the Grouch talking plush; each had six sayings.
