• John Oliver later recounted his experience during a guest appearance on Late Night with Seth Meyers. During a speech, the representative of Bank of America mentioned that their organization and Sesame Workshop shared the value of kindness. Oliver decided to let the comment pass, until it was repeated "three more times in the next five minutes." Oliver's speech, immediately following, noted that Bank of America had the highest foreclosure rate of the last ten years, eliciting boos from the audience. "All I remember is Bert, looking up at me, with such disappointment in his eyes, 'why are you like this? You're behaving erratically, and I live with Ernie.'"
