German toy company Gruner+Jahr produced a Sesamstrasse Quartett card game in the mid 1970s. The game, known in English as Happy Families, involves collecting cards in sets of four.
In this release, the cards feature Sesamstrasse characters, including Ernie, Bert, Krümelmonster (Cookie Monster), Grobi (Grover), Freitag (Roosevelt Franklin), Bibo (Big Bird), Oskar (Oscar the Grouch), and Sherlock Humbug (Sherlock Hemlock).
