Shell Sesame Street Applause PVCs 1988
Shell Oil Company, commonly known as "Shell", is a US-based subsidiary of Royal Dutch Shell.
In 1988, Shell offered eight Sesame Street PVC figures at its gas stations for $0.99 a piece. A 30-second TV commercial advertised the figures as exclusive to Shell.
