Shelly is a dancer at the Best Little Dance Hall in Pangaea, as seen in the third season Dinosaurs episode "Dirty Dancin'."
Shelly is a seasoned dancer for what is the world's youngest profession. She seems bemused by Robbie's lack of experience with the mating dance. She's encouraging, and when Robbie asks to stop, observes that the mating dance is best performed within the confines of a loving monogamous relationship (preferably) marriage. She thanks Robbie for giving her something to think about, before calling out the next number in line.
