A VJ (played by an on-screen Sarai Tzuriel) introduces the show, which plays the "newest and nowest" in rock music. She presents her special guest VJs - Itzhak and Barvazoni, who is there to promote his latest video. They then introduce "Rubber Duckie."
Ernie's singing vocals are dubbed, but his dialogue in the middle remains in English.

Ofrah details one of Haim Moshe, an Israeli music star. A flashback (from Rechov Sumsum) is then shown, where he sings "Sheer Ha-shechenut" to the residents of the street.
