Shrub and Sapling are a pair of sentient plants that inhabit the garden of Junior Gorg in the Fraggle Rock: Back to the Rock episode "Craggle Lagoon."
Junior meets the two when Shrub begins to chew out Junior when he puts his plant, Junior Jr., in a place that blocks their sunlight. They threaten to perish when Junior insists that a Gorg deserves the best, having bestowed Junior Jr. as an honorary one. Thankfully, Junior's conscience gets the best of him and he decides to move his plant to a less perfect (but still great) spot. Shrub and Sapling are grateful, though Shrub snaps again and calls Junior Jr. "Leafy McBlooms-a-lot," confiding to Sapling that her aggression is due to a lack of sleep.
