Sibel Kekilli (b. 1980) is a Hamburg-based German actress of Turkish origin, who is known internationally for playing Shae on Game of Thrones.
In 2013, Kekilli taped a Wort des Tages (The Word of the Day) segment for Sesamstrasse, explaining the meaning of "Mut" ("courage") to Elmo. The segment aired on the show in April 2014.
