Silver Beak made his first appearance on The Muppet Show in episode 307 as a member of Alice Cooper's band, the Vile Bunch. He appeared in the numbers "Welcome to My Nightmare" and "School's Out."
The character more prominently appears during the Koozebanian number in episode 415, where he fights with Green Heap and emits a shrill cry of "Streak! Streak!" He also appears as an audience member on Muppets Tonight.
