Sir Campbell McGrouch (G.L. of the Royal Grouch Fusiliers, G.L. standing for "get lost") is Oscar the Grouch's Scottish cousin who appears in Episode 1426. He hails from the "lowlands" of Scotland in what he refers to as "McTrashcans."
Sir Campbell is a bagpipe player, but since he plays the Grouch way, his music is noisy and off-putting to any normal person. The locals of Sesame Street are glad when he starts to head home, only to learn that Oscar was gifted a set of bagpipes of his own and he intends to practice every day.
