Sir Rodney (Lord Rodney Knocknee, according to the script) is the husband of Lady Agatha. He appears in a "Mysterious Theater" segment, "The Mystery of the Missing Cat," where Sherlock Hemlock and Watson try to find their cat who is hiding under something that rhymes with "at."
Lord Knocknee is clad as a cricketer, and Sherlock jumps to the conclusion that the absent feline is hiding under his lordship's cricket bat. Watson breaks the sports accessory, to Sir Rodney's distress.
