Sivan is a Muppet character from the 2009 season of Rechov Sumsum, the Israeli co-production of Sesame Street. She is a little girl who is in a wheelchair.

On March 21, 2014, the character moved to Brazil and lives in Vila Sésamo. She is seven years old and is very humorous. She is a helping hand to others wherever she can.
