Sleaze Brothers Funfair
Sleaze - BB Joins Carnival

The Sleaze Brothers Funfair is a traveling fair operated by Sid Sleaze and Sam Sleaze as seen in Follow That Bird.

As their name implies, the movie establishes the Sleaze brothers as the disreputable antagonists of the story, and their business reflects their dishonest practices. The establishing shot of the fair's entrance sign shows the F in FUNFAIR becoming loose, making the sign read UNFAIR.

The fair includes many of the typical attractions found in a traveling carnival such as a ferris wheel, games of chance, and live shows, in this case, embracing the stereotypes of second-rate traveling establishments of the sort. For example, the Sleaze brothers charge five cents to ride the ferris wheel, while hiding from their customers that it costs an additional nickel to deboard.

One of their shows features The Invisible Gorilla, an act that the brothers are motivated to replace with Big Bird, whom they have painted blue and dubbed the "Bluebird of Happiness." Big Bird's performance of "I'm So Blue" is attended by an audience of children populated largely by sets of twins.

In Big Bird Joins the Carnival, the fair is called the Sleaze Bros. Carnival. This version, illustrated by Dennis Hockerman, is depicted as somewhat more reputable, with more rides and additional employees, including a fortune teller.
