"Sleep Rockin’" is a Muppet Babies song from the first episode of the series, "Noisy Neighbors."
The babies sing the song in The Nursery as a means of keeping Baby Animal quiet so that Officer Carruthers won't wake from his nap and place them all under arrest. Baby Rowlf uses the method of "Sleep Rockin'" as a form of lullaby while the other babies attempt to lull Animal to sleep in a cradle.
On the Rocket to the Stars album, the song takes on a different preface. Following the song "Merry-Go-Round," the babies have landed a flying merry-go-round in the jungle where the monkeys get Animal all riled up. When Baby Piggy complains that Animal is obnoxious when he's tired, Rowlf suggests singing him to sleep.
