Smart Tina is a student at Roosevelt Franklin Elementary School. She is apparently one of the smartest students in Roosevelt's class. She has a high opinion of herself, and is always trying to outdo Roosevelt. She sang the "ten wind-up rabbits" part of "The Twelve Days of Christmas" on the Merry Christmas from Sesame Street album, voiced by Loretta Long.
