Snerk is a Snerf who appeared in the December 24, 1967 broadcast of The Ed Sullivan Show. In contrast to the other Snerfs, he and Snork possess round noses and moving mouths. Snerk has dark purple fur and a green nose.
Snerk made a few cameos during the first season of Sesame Street; appearing with other early Muppet monsters in one of the Numerosity films about the number 5, and in a lecture on "more and less" as one of the sinister-looking baddies who outnumber Kermit.
