Snooks is a cowboy who appeared in a season 10 Old West sketch on Sesame Street.
As he makes his way out the saloon, he sees Sinister Sam approaching and warns the other cowfolks that he's coming in, as he demands to know who bought the last box of crayons at the General Store. Snooks is the first one to be confronted by Sam over the crayons, but he denies buying them. Once Sam is finished with him, he quickly runs out of the saloon from fear.
