- The segment had been written by Geiss as early as Season 21. It was attempted once again for Season 26 before finally being recorded for Season 31 (though it would not air until the following season).[1]
- When the segment was originally hosted on Sesamestreet.org, it appeared as it aired. When the clip was later reuploaded, it lacked the words mentioned in the song appearing on-screen and the sound effects.
