Spaghettini is a worm hailing from Italy, who has participated in several major worm events on Sesame Street.
He first appeared in Episode 3300 as the Italian representative in the Worm Summer Games. Twelve years later, he would appear in an athletic capacity again in Episode 4151 as one of the original, yet unvictorious, players for the Worm Cup.
His most notable appearances were during the "Slimey to the Moon" arc of season 29, where he's chosen to be one of the five very brave, very smart, very cute little worms to board the Wiggleprise and explore the Moon.
